The team at Amy Rose Consulting (ARC) has first-hand experience with the transition of work to offshore suppliers. As both the expertise and the relationships become more robust, the number of projects that are offshored is growing exponentially. Although the offshore model has proven to be quite successful, working internationally comes with its own unique challenges. These can include miscommunication, misunderstandings, and assumptions arising from cultural and language differences and barriers. We have learned that the most successful solutions are derived from close collaboration between the customer and the supplier.
Our mission at ARC is to work with our customers to craft a customized solution that is efficient, cost-effective, and leverages the skill sets of both the onshore and offshore teams. We’re excited to work collaboratively with you, in a truly international context, and look forward to assisting you to Maximize Your Potential!
