The whole process was a joy. I have no complaints. Robin is helpful, quick to answer any questions, and above all expert at what she does. Comunication was wonderful. She provided updates all along the way. The work was done on time. It really comes across that she cares for what she does and cares for you and your writing. If I write another book I will be happy to work with her again knowing that she will make the book better.

This is my fourth time working with Jen and I've already booked her for my next project. Jen is a dream to work with. She provides, open, honest feedback in a timely manner, all while making you feel empowered. I love writing and I love it even more with an editor like Jen.
