I've copy-edited two academic books of critical theory and drafted several author introductions for a personal narrative anthology. I'm an experienced teacher and tutor. I have a discerning eye for detail and a broad knowledge of academic, cultural, and political trends.

I also kept abreast with current trends in writing center theory and practice in order to facilitate learning for a diverse population of students.

The Walt Whitman Archive

At the Walt Whitman Archive, I headed a project of XML data migration of over 1,500 book files using XSL transformations; performed web design using XML/XSL, CSS, and HTML; and transcribed and encoded Whitman’s correspondence for the digital archive.
