Overview
I began recipe testing a few years ago through David Leite's food blog. I loved providing my opinion and suggestions for recipes after trying them out at home. I previously worked as a Culinary Arts Assistant at a cooking school in Manhattan for the past few years. This taught me a great deal about cooking in general and I enjoyed learning so many cooking techniques and new recipes to try.
