Gary Fixter As the sports world grinds to a halt due to the coronavirus pandemic, SI senior author Jenny Vrentas says the break could have a profound impact on women's sport. The NWSL was supposed to open its season with a nationally televised game against the US women's national team, but the league postponed its pre-season training and start of the season due to the ongoing global heath crisis.

Gary Fixter Athletics' spring season has been called off, raising fears that students - athletes - may experience mental health issues and affect their futures. So it will be even clearer in 2019 - 20th That the financial sustainability of the team depends on the health and well-being of its players.

Gary Fixter The methodology we use in our Benfica Elite Training Camps will be the same as that used by SL Ben fica in training their athletes and will allow the campers to develop their technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills. We will adapt this work for different football training sessions, but we will teach our children the most important skills, rules and terminologies of football. While we teach this in football school, we will not spend too much time researching exercises and activities.

Gary Fixter- Benefits of soccer coaching
Only 10 years ago, few soccer people knew coaching. However, today almost all people linked to the world of football know or have worked with coaching for their team. It is evident that during the last years this discipline or tool has been introduced with force in different sectors of life and sport, among them it is worth highlighting the importance it has acquired in football.

The first thing we will do is define what coaching is, for which we have found different definitions, of which we will highlight the following:
Quarry defines it as an interpersonal learning process that occurs between a teacher and an apprentice, consists of an individual approach and can be applied to different realities, such as personal, work or sports, and whose purpose is development of new behaviors

Football coaching allows the coach of a team to trust himself and eliminate any doubts he may have, just as he can get his players to trust themselves and the coach. It also teaches the coach to motivate his players, to specify their dreams in attainable goals and to handle stressful situations.
It is pointed out that this tool is very effective if it is known to be used and can be very dangerous when it is not known how to use it.

That is why specific training is needed in this discipline and, whenever possible, have the advice of a sports psychologist.
For the coaching to work it is necessary that the person who performs it, in this case the coach or sports psychologist, has to have a solid training and a lot of hours of practice. It is also essential that athletes believe both in that person and in the discipline (coaching). Since only then can the foundations be laid and ensure a good job. Otherwise, the process will be doomed to failure.

Gary Fixter Certification Of A Soccer Coach

US Youth Soccer (USYS) has developed a national youth license that provides the knowledge to successfully structure the development of youth soccer programs for children aged 4 to 12.

Gary Fixter The National Youth Training Course is designed to provide the knowledge to successfully structure the development of youth football programmes for children between 4 and 12 years of age.

To qualify for the course, a coach must have played professional football for at least one year in the United States or Canada.

Coaches are certified for the level at which they coach, but different certificates are required for coaching multiple teams at different ages. Coaches must have a coaching license for the U12 and at least one year of coaching experience in the USA or Canada.

If a coach coaches U12 and does not have a trainer or trainer's license for the intermediate level, he must complete the U11 course in the same age group as the coach who coaches the U14.

A candidate must have three or more years of coaching experience, currently have coaching with access to 11v11 training and do not need a D licence before coaching at U13, U15 or any other level.

Gary Fixter Coaches who wish to complete the U10 Coach certification and receive reimbursement for the online and classroom part of their certification should contact the Director of Coaching certification within 30 days of submitting an application to the PMSC Board of Directors.

In addition to completing the online course for U10 students, you must also complete the part of the -U10 field in the same age group in which you complete the course.

At the national level, trainers are expected to have a C / B certification and to renew their certification if they have the license. Coaches must fill out a Google form indicating that they have a valid coach license and upload a copy of that license to their league coaching league.

WSSL needs more coaches who are able to train others and train themselves in the same age group as themselves. Currently, an additional trainer has to be certified for each of the three certification levels (C, B and D).

Gary Fixter Applicants who hold certain foreign licenses and have a minimum of professional gaming experience have a U.S. soccer license. Players who have played Premier League football will have to undergo a B-licence waiver.

Candidates must have at least two years of coaching experience in the United States. Applicants may be considered eligible if they have held a certain number of licences abroad, such as a foreign national team or an international club.

Gary Fixter Coach

Like intuition, the anticipatory capacity of Brazilian and German coaches is also mentioned most frequently and is therefore considered the most characteristic feature of intuition.

Gary Fixter Brazilian coaches consider anticipation to be very relevant for creativity and intuition, although there is no significant difference between them and the German coach who considers anticipation important only for intuition.

Moreover, they do not differ in the evaluation of a player's actions in terms of their level of creativity or intuition, and assume that their evaluations would be different from those per se, whereas if they were striving for a higher level of creativity than intuition, they would give higher evaluations to anticipation than to intuition or creativity.

This is relevant for cognitive abilities, but let's say for decisions - skills such as intuition, creativity and creativity - such as abilities.

Therefore, the active training of cognitive skills in the context of football under different conditions is an important aspect for the training and development of players.

An important element in improving the cognitive level of young footballers is the intensity of training, which places high demands on attention during games. We recommend technical and tactical exercises that focus on speed, agility and time pressure.

Gary Fixter There is no doubt that the right decision is a fundamental element of football, linked, for example, to individual competence and development. Indeed, the ability to solve problems - to solve, to decide - and the ability to make decisions for top footballers are very fundamental.

We have used football - specific option generation tasks - to determine participants "creative and intuitive solutions to the decisions they made in game situations. We also studied cardiac and vagal activity to investigate the physiological basis of decision making.

The elite and the most successful players displayed the level of intelligence required for successful decision-making, comparable to that of their peers. They had the ability to assess the performance of their team - the players in a variety of tests, such as the game plan, tactical analysis and options.

Brazilian and German coaches have provided their definitions of creativity and intuition to assess the ability of their players to act on the basis of their intuition and creativity.

Gary Fixter Our aim was to analyze the concept of "creative intuition," which includes the use of intuition in the decision-making process and the development of creative thinking and decision-making.

Study 1 shows that we have found a strong correlation between intuition and creativity in the development of creative thinking and decision-making.

Study 2 also shows that German and Brazilian coaches do not differ in what they consider creative and intuitive. Analysis of the qualitative data shows a significant difference between the coaches based on their definitions of creativity and intuition.

Accordingly, the coach does not differ in his definition of intuition, creativity or intuition in evaluating the creativity of the players.

Gary Fixter - Men And Women Soccer: Key Differences

Gary Fixter - In preparation for this special report, I have read and spoken to several coaches and read a number of articles and research papers on the differences between men's and women's football.
Some of these examples will be for women's football, others will be against, and some others will have supported it.

We are investigating this to defend our position that all national associations should pay women footballers the same amount regardless of gender. This is the first time in worldfootball history that a national federation has committed to equal pay for women footballers, thereby demonstrating the belief that women are as valuable in football as men in football and that a woman's work deserves the same treatment as that of her male counterparts in sport.

Let me be very clear that I think there are differences in how men and women approach sporting competition and what these differences are.

To better understand the difference between women and men in football, those who work with athletes of both sexes need to identify the unique characteristics that make them particularly important. Although this study is the first to investigate this, it does of course require replication, and the results need to be further studied in order to make progress.

Gary Fixter: The rules for women's and men's football are the same, but players train, play and play at a different level to their male counterparts.

Then it is argued that the unequal pay of footballers is discriminatory. It has been argued that labour law arguments can be used to make national football associations pay women and male football players the same amount in the US and the United States, based on the fact that it is illegal for men or women working in the same places to receive different salaries for similar work. American teams, the women's teams have won a lot more on the world stage, in some cases more than the men in terms of goals, assists and assists per game.

Gary Fixter - While women athletes may be frustrated by the slow pace of change, it is most beneficial for women to recognize the important differences between men's and women's sports. It would be a mistake to claim that one type of football is better than the other simply because the attributes and abilities of sport are different, even though we share similar foundations, rules and values.

We should try to equate women's football with men's football when we really see that there are many conditions that make up women's football and that many of these conditions will always be different.
