Projects

Ghostwriting

I ghostwrote a travel series covering major tourist spots in Canada and Hawaii. Each travelogue was 5000 words long and written in a conversational style from the perspective of a fictional traveller.

Editing and proof reading

I edited and proofread blog content for a Dubai-based philanthropist over the period of one year.

Website copy for web development agency

Bruno Digital was looking for short snappy text which would grab the reader’s attention and get them to adopt their services.

I worked with Stef to produce copy for the most prominent section of their homepage, keeping in mind tone of voice and their target audience. The copy helped to articulate Bruno Digital’s offer and continues to be used on their website with almost no change, three years on.

Website copy for Futurz Solar

Challenge: Create a brand new website for a renewable energy company which would attract more customers

Solution: I built and wrote copy for a WordPress website which was mobile-friendly, easy-to-navigate and filled with all the information a first-time buyer would be looking for. Through the judicious use of keywords and SEO best practices, I was able to get this site to rank for ‘solar energy suppliers in Kerala’, and the end result was new leads and a very happy customer!

Branding for low-carbon engine technology company

Epicam, an engine technology company based in Cambridge (UK), was looking for a refreshed website to showcase its low-carbon technology.

I worked with the Epicam team to identify key messages and to incorporate these into a new mobile-friendly website and redesigned the company logo to match the new design. The result was a clean and sharp-looking website which put the client’s ambitious vision front and centre.
