Veronica Tuggle

Veronica Tuggle – Editor

I have been a freelance editor for over 8 years. I have a penchant for self-publishing authors and would love to help get your story out.

Overview

My name is Veronica Tuggle. I have been editing for over 20 years; I started with fiction and moved to scientific white papers. Now I work with all genres of fiction, non-fiction, and academic work, particularly research papers and dissertations. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in interdisciplinary studies, including theater, politics, philosophy, cultural diversity, and language arts.

You may download my resume for details about my recent college courses and other previous experience; you may also check my woefully neglected blog for personal information, testimonials, and reference letters. I have a wide range of interests and have worked with many kinds of authors from professors to musicians to computer programmers to storytellers. The common thread in my interests and my clients is a desire to make things better. My clients have what I have: a passion to convey information—whether as a story or as a dissertation—as clearly and as engagingly as possible.

I am currently accepting manuscripts for new projects. I take only a limited number of projects at a time, so I choose my work carefully. I will work with you on a close, personal basis, and you will know that your project is as important to me as it is to you.

You may reach me by email: .

When you contact me, please include information about your project. What is it? What inspired you to write it? What do you hope to see happen next? If you would like to see what a good editor can do for your work, you may include the first few pages of your manuscript for a sample edit.
