I managed a team of four editors. My responsibilities comprised recruiting, training, planning my team members’ schedules and quality-checking their work. Author management has been an important part of my job, and I have grasped it well over the years. As an editor, I handled books on various subjects (politics, sociology, law, history, and translation), and I have worked with several reputed authors.
