Overview
I began my career as a writer nearly 20 years ago, as an editor of my college newspaper. After earning my B.A. in Journalism, I went on to pursue my M.A. in Elementary Education. Through my career as an educator, I have helped inspire my students to pursue their passions, while still carving out time to pursue my own.
In 2013, I created I'm Full Chicago ; a personal blog that combined my regular dining experiences with my dry sense of humor. Blogging connected me to a new community of writers, and I soon began taking on a larger variety of editing and writing projects.
I continue to work as a freelance writer and editor on a project-by-project basis. When I am not working on a writing project, I am usually walking or snuggling with my two yellow Labs, Sully and Rider.
