Emma Treadway

Emma Treadway – Editor

I graduated from Princeton with a B.A. in Classics, a reading-intensive major. I also have 5+ years of journalism and editing experience.

Overview

In expanding on my profile description, I graduated from Princeton University with a Classics degree, specializing in Greek and Latin literature, which forced me to be meticulous with details and grammar. Through that major, I also completed three major research papers, including a 90-page thesis.

I also have over five years of journalism experience, including as editor-in-chief of The Daily Princetonian--an organization of over 400 staffers! In this capacity, in addition to management, I read and edited everything from opinion articles to investigative journalism to art critiques.

With this in mind, I am eager to continue editing in any and all capacities. I specialize in non-fiction and/or academic writing, but I have experience with fiction as well. I am a careful editor, but I also have a quick turnaround and excellent communication. Excited to work with you!
