Overview
I've worked in publishing for 15 years, commissioning and editing award-winning business, finance and personal development books at Pearson since 2011. I have a flair for helping authors get the best out of their ideas and shaping their manuscripts so it's engaging for readers. I also know what publishers are looking for when submitting new book ideas.
I'm looking to apply these skills to other non-fiction areas to help more authors achieve their goals.

Work experience
Pearson
I look after the Pearson Business and Financial Times Publishing imprints at Pearson, commissioning new titles and new editions for the trade business and personal development market. I work with potential authors to develop book ideas and provide feedback and guidance on their manuscripts as they write the book. I strive to ensure all our books deliver on their promise and are engaging and valuable to readers.
