My career spans over 40 years. Specializing in various areas of Nutrition and Dietetics. I devoted my early career to education, Teaching, and Learning. After receiving my doctorate degree, I went into the non-profit private sector, developing menus and recipes for the Senior Citizen Nutrition Programs, the Blind, and AIDS Meals on Wheels programs. My work on nutrition analysis, menu, and recipe development lead me to work with newspapers and magazines. Today I have an active Social Media Presence providing nutrition education and healthy recipes to consumers and educators. I am open to exploring other remote job opportunities.
