~Project Management, from manuscript editing to final delivery of books. Previously managed more than 100 titles at a time for a leading pop culture publisher, in subjects ranging from lifestyle & self-help to art & design to food & craft to memoir & fiction. Currently, I liaise between authors/clients, editors, designers, and print buyers; build and maintain production schedules; hire and manage freelancer editors; review copyedited manuscripts and all rounds of proofreading.

Chronicle Books
Improved and maintained the workflow of all Adult Trade titles, both print and E-book, to ensure timely delivery of cost-effective, quality books.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversaw the work procedures and day-to-day performance of the editorial department as it relates to book creation, including such responsibilities as maintaining and monitoring the master list and schedule for titles in production, advising members of the editorial department on book creation, setting and maintaining house editorial standards, working with individual editors to ensure timely delivery of quality books, liaising with other in-house departments to enhance editorial methods.
Primary in-house editorial liaison on methods and workflow matters, including working with Adult Trade production and design directors to improve processes, working with managing editorial representatives from other divisions in-house to ensure optimal cross-divisional performance in managing editorial matters.
