An annual anthology brings authors together for a collaborative experience that includes a workshop and an anthology to add to their list of publications. After the stories are chosen and compiled, I am one of three copyeditors on the project to review and edit the anthology prior to sending through to the next step in the publication process.
For more than one hundred newspapers across the country, I design pages, proofread copy, and write headlines and cutlines for multiple daily and non-daily publications.
As the managing editor, I oversee the assigned stories and ensure they are completed on time. I help design the newspaper and copy edit the content, as well as the page design before the newspaper is sent to print.
Choose "best fit" from weekly chapter submissions, copy edit, line edit, weekly chapter summary writing, update reference notes for writers, notify scheduled writers with chapter information, weekly newsletter, writer assistance and consult, story streamlining.
I offer common editing services for non-fiction and fiction books, and I also offer a verbal consultation for clients who want an in-depth discussion about a project (complete or in-progress) or my notes on a completed edit.
