I started out assisting senior editors, including the publisher and editor-in-chief, on their projects, and gradually began building my own list. I had the exciting privilege to work on a range of books, both fiction and non-fiction, and I would seek out mysteries, contemporary literary fiction, historical fiction, fantasy and sci-fi in the former, while my academic background as a student of International Relations had me look out for books in politics, foreign policy, security, history and, most specifically, intelligence and espionage in the latter. I have worked with some of the region's biggest authors, including Booker Prize winners and various diplomats, policymakers and scholars.
