Overview

Hi there,

I’m a Graphic Designer from the freezing fields of Lancashire in England. After graduating in 2009, I worked full-time in advertising for a few years before realising that designing billboards selling cereal and burgers wasn’t really floating my boat.

Thinking about how a story should exist visually is something I really enjoy doing, so I started working with publishers on book cover commissions. Eventually I worked full-time for 8 months at Penguin Random House, designing covers for one of their commercial publishers called Transworld, before returning to freelance last year.

Regardless of a title’s genre – fiction or non-fiction – I always look to apply a concept to my work, whether it’s a witty ‘smile in the mind’ or something more meaningful that the reader can connect with.

If you think I'd be ideal for your project, get in touch.
