Overview
My name is Hannah Brown and I have five years of illustrating and publishing experience. I received my BA in Illustration from Syracuse University, and have gone on to freelance for advertising firms, major publishing companies, and small independent businesses.
I tend to work digitally and like to capture the fun, whimsical moments of life. While most of my work leans towards children's illustration, I also enjoy illustrating humor and memoir. In April 2019, I did spot illustrations for Stassi Schroeder's New York Times bestselling NEXT LEVEL BASIC from Gallery Books.
While freelancing, my day jobs have been various roles in the publishing industry. Before moving to South Bend, Indiana with my husband, I worked as an editorial assistant at Simon & Schuster for two years. I have a deep love of the publishing industry and the book-making process.
