Overview
I wrote the screenplays for BRIDE WARS, starring Anne Hathaway, and SAVING SILVERMAN, starring Jack Black. I wrote the book BRING THE FUNNY: THE ESSENTIAL COMPANION FOR THE COMEDY SCREENWRITER, published by Focal Press/Taylor & Francis. I teach writing at NYU, SUNY-Purchase, and The New School. I've written for The Washington Post and have a law degree from Rutgers.
