•Development and implementation of campaign strategies for titles, including management of the planning, buying, and creative development for both print and digital advertising campaigns.

•Communicate with creators to coordinate marketing efforts—Assist with scheduling special events/appearances, communicate marketing strategy for book launch, creation of custom graphics for promotional opportunities.

•Ad creation and design—write marketing copy and execute design on traditional print ads, digital ads, social media ads, tradeshow graphics, brand collateral, promotional items, chapbooks, and ARCs.

•Assist with scheduling and sourcing promotional materials by working with outside vendors and in-house production.

•Social media manager for multiple social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Establish and manage social growth strategy across all channels and execute the creation of daily posts, graphics, monthly social ads, and completion of monthly social media analytics and reports.

•Manage the Education Outreach program through creation of weekly Educator and Librarian newsletters, interviewing creators for educational outlets, creation of educational games and extension activities.

•Project management of internal projects and work completed by external freelancers on projects such as book trailers and teaching guides.

•Oversee community development and outreach to fans, readers, retailers, librarians, and educators.

•Work with the web team to complete website redesigns, landing pages, and digital website initiatives.

•Work with the Merchandise team to brainstorm and contribute to ancillary merchandise concepts for original IP, publisher-owned IP, and creator-owned IP.

•Create marketing campaign summaries and run post-campaign analysis.

•Responsible for the completion of yearly awards submissions.
