Overview
Essentially I have a comic-book style of art that has been applied to a huge variety of projects; work this year includes projects for Huawei, AgeUk Salford, Manchester United FC, BBC Sport.
In terms of books, currently I am working on a graphic novel "Alice and the Invaders from Wonderland" (see link in portfolio). Other books (covers and interiors) include "Commercial Acting in LA", "The Forgotten Film Club" (36 portraits of British comedian Mel Smith) and The "Dangerous Games" (books for schools series).
My proudest moment was creating the illustrations for "Mr. Alzheimer's goes to Toyland" for Age Uk Salford. It is a book which raises awareness of the disease among school children and spreads a positive message. The book launch in particular was very emotional.

My comic-book style of art has been applied to numerous projects, including an interactive game for Manchester United, currently situated in the museum at Old Trafford and more recently BBC Sport. Like most projects these began in traditional media and ended up digital ( I am fluent in Photoshop in particular, but also a dab hand in Illustrator). Most work too numerous to into involves typography, colour schemes, sketches, layouts, liaising with clients. ...Other recent clients include Huawei (Storyboards via Moving Picture Company), Age UK Salford (Children's book about Alzheimer's) and the Ealing Club (London).
My portfolio below is a mixture of cover and interior book illustrations carried out over the years.
