Responsible for monthly brainstorming meetings with collaborative team.
Organize the planning and execution of each issue.
Contribute creative ideas.
Consider the unique audience's needs, wants, and problems, and address them successfully throughout content.
Deliver proof-read and print-ready content to Creative Director.

Write, edit, develop, and produce copy for various local and regional online and print publications.

Edit a variety of video and audio for broadcast on CVTV. Record, produce, and mix voice overs. Specialize
in Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition.

Manage classroom coverage of 11th Grade Collaborative, Regular, Advanced, and AP English classes, 12th
Grade Collaborative and Regular English Classes, and 9th-12th Grade Creative Writing I and II classes.
Assume all of the responsibilities of a regular classroom teacher, including professional development,
communication with parents, IEP meetings, assessment of students, and staff meetings. Analyze data
generated from standardized formative and summative assessments. Collaborate with cooperating teachers
to design curriculum and lesson plans; perform basic administrative duties such as recording attendance
and administering classroom discipline and organizing student work and portfolios; provide individual
assistance to students as needed. Manage and train student teachers.
NHS Sponsor. Manage faculty induction board to evaluate student applications. Manage student induction.
Advise students in regards to volunteer community service projects. Keep accurate records of student
achievements, hours, and dues. Run monthly meetings.
Literary Magazine Sponsor. Collaborate with students to publish a writing magazine (The Cat’s Eye),
including planning, promotion, fund-raising, editing and layout of the magazine, delegating responsibilities,
and using a variety of media and technology.
County TLC Facilitator for AP English Language and Composition. Organize, manage, and run monthly
TLC meetings. Study data from CFAs. Produce unit and lesson plans to address student strengths and
weaknesses based on data from CFAs.
