Erica Peters

Erica Peters – Editor

I have been director of the Culinary Historians of Northern California for fifteen years, and have loved getting to meet so many authors.

Overview

I'm a historian with degrees from Harvard and the University of Chicago who is changing careers. I'm now interested in helping other people get their stories told, by editing their work at a professional level or ghostwriting it for them. I have written and published two books and contributed articles to several other edited collections, as well as many to academic journals.
