These all describe Dr. Burl Randolph, Jr., DM, author of Inspired, Not Retired: Leadership Lessons from Father to Son. Dr. Burl took his 32 years of military leadership including three combat tours in Iraq, and applied that experience to leader coaching, corporate training and speaking, and writing services referred to as Legacy Expression. Dr. Burl has written and edited three published books, written and had published peer reviewed articles, and edited several doctoral dissertations.
