• Together with my creative partner, I had a significant role in Romania’s business and advertising circles, leading to the agency being partially sold in 2008 and in 2014 joining TBWA group

• Part of the exclusive pitch team - together with my copywriter, we won 19 out of 21 in the first year
• Built first of a kind digital presentation (CD-Rom) for the agency used extensively in new business efforts
• Participate at Golden Drum with the digital work before the category existed - got special jury mention
• Create winning campaigns and actively present creative work to existing and potential clients (Orange, Unilever, ProTV, Playboy to mention a few)

• Joined the team as a junior and worked extensively to learn and prove myself
• Pioneering work on website design using (at the time cutting edge) Macromedia Dreamweaver and experimenting with multi-media presentations, creating them in mTropolis (a visionary object programming app bought and killed by QuarkXPress in 2000) and Macromedia Director
