Autumn Brown – Editor

I'm a copyeditor with a special interest in fiction. I especially love YA and Fantasy. Some of my favorite authors to read are V.E. Schwabb, Sarah J. Mass, and Patrick Rothfuss.
I love working with fiction because of how nuanced it is. The rules to writing are much more grey than they are black and white. I find this makes for interesting work--no author or book is the same!
The best education an editor (and a writer) can get is reading a variety of genres and authors. However, I am always taking classes to continue my knowledge and be the best editor I can be. I am also a member of the Editorial Freelance Association, where I receive the latest news in publishing and editing.
