Overview

I entered the professional field of editing with a strong background in creative and experimental writing, Art History, and Literary Studies. I have a total of three years of experience working in academia, with one year of experience as a professional Editorial Assistant and another year of experience as an Instructor and Teaching Assistant in the Liberal Arts. Currently, I work as a freelance research librarian for the web search engine Wonder. I hold an MA in Visual and Critical Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BA in Russian Language and Literature from Mount Holyoke College. I have an excellent command of the Chicago Manual of Style and am proficient in MLA, AP, and APA style guides as well.
