Overview

I am an editor with over 10 years experience in publishing. I've worked as a freelancer for The Writer's Coffee Shop, before moving up to becoming a full-time editor, proofreader and copyeditor with the company.


I've learned how to guide first-time authors through getting their manuscript ready for publication, to helping more experienced authors mould their work into something better. Above all else, I am focused on staying true to an author's vision.

I was promoted to editor from freelance position, and worked with authors editing their manuscripts to a production deadline. I was responsible for communication with authors and other members of my team (proofreader/copyeditor) to ensure integrity of manuscript was maintained. Served as proofreader and copyeditor on other teams as well. I learned how important it is to maintain an author's voice and vision for their story. My job is just to help you get to the book you wanted.
