I am a skilled and multifaceted writer and editor, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and learning more about how the world works. My interests and writings range from politics to business, science and medicine to sports and the arts -- and they take the form of magazine articles and books, essays and op-eds. For example: I was the ghostwriter of the 2011 management book from McGraw-Hill, "The Power of LEO," and co-author of the 2013 "Preventing Hospital Infections" from Oxford University Press. During my 28-year career with The New York Times, I served as the editor of various Sunday sections including Sunday Business, The Week in Review, and Travel and as a senior editor on the Magazine. (My most recent article for the Magazine, about public health, appeared Oct. 26, 2012.) I have been a contributing ghostwriter on dozens of business books.
