Overview

I am an Ordinary member of the Society for Editors and Proofreaders.
As an experienced copy-editor and proofreader, freelance since 1997, I am an all-rounder across many academic fields, plus experience with corporate and marketing materials. Although my background is within the natural sciences and related fields, I am happy to consider most subjects.
Accustomed to working in British English or US English and to various style guides. Recent projects have included academic books and papers and undergraduate textbooks covering a variety of subjects including politics, economics, climate change, development and environmental studies, European studies and history, medicine, publishing, and ESL and linguistics.
