Lechelle Calderwood

Lechelle Calderwood - Designer

Oklahoma City, OK, United States

I specialize in fun, bright illustrations for children's books or any book. I also design book covers and creative page layout.

Overview

I've been designing for over fifteen years, and I've designed many interior layouts for books. At Truman State University, I designed book covers through the Truman State University Press. Even when I taught graphic design, illustration and book design was part of my curriculum. I know CMYK and printing processes but have also created books in electronic format. In the last few years, illustration has become my passion especially for children's books like Echo and the Most Beautiful Butterfly. My latest project is a series of illustrations called Confetti Cats.
