Mr. Sterling's career began with public relations in the music business in Hollywood, then transitioned to advertising copywriting in New York City at some of the world's largest ad agencies.
He won awards along the way, helping established companies successfully grow and sustain their business with breakthrough marketing concepts, creative materials and public relations. He has also helped entrepreneurs and emerging companies hit the ground running with strategies designed to attract funding and bring them to market.
Mr. Sterling's background, prior to establishing Compelling Concepts, includes public relations at RCA and Capitol Records in Hollywood, and copywriting and creative direction at McCann-Erickson, Dancer Fitzgerald Sample, McCaffrey McCall, and Warwick, Welsh & Miller in Manhattan. He produced print and broadcast (radio and television) campaigns at each agency.

That means bringing together top-flight professionals, as needed, to craft compelling messages, executive speeches, ghostwriting, Web sites, and marketing for small businesses as well as global, household-name consumer and business-to-business clients.
