I'm the author of two self-published books, Artist Girl's Cambridge Daze (a novel that features some of my drawings), and The Little Book of Raw Vegan Holiday Recipes. Both of my books are carried by the Palm Beach County Library System in Florida (which invited me to speak on an author panel in May 2015, and invited me back in June 2015 to speak by myself), and the Copper Queen Library in Bisbee, Arizona. I've been a journalist for many years, including freelance for The New York Times. Since 2015, I've been an Arts Writer for the Broward County Cultural Division in Florida. I have edited various magazines and books.
Writing features about people in the arts and their events, and also about community programs, like the Mexican Dinner Dance produced by the Coral Springs, Florida Multicultural Committee, and a school program teaching children to create butterfly gardens.
