Overview

I've worked in the publishing industry for over twenty-five years, first as a freelance journalist, then as an in-house editor for LexisNexis Canada. I currently work as a freelance editor and writer and am represented by the Serendipity Literary Agency.

My debut novel, Invisible, a young adult paranormal romance, was published by Solstice Publishing and optioned for film. Invisible is an Amazon bestseller both domestically and internationally and continues to receive wonderful reviews.

I have gone on to publish several more novels and am completing a post graduate course in creative writing under the mentorship of author, Nino Ricci.

Freelance editor and author

Inspired2Write
October, 1996 – Present (about 22 years)

As a freelance editor, I provide editing services (from substantive edits to line edits to proofreading) for professional publishers and individuals.

I'm accustomed to editing a wide range of projects from books (both fiction and non-fiction), looseleaf titles, journals, and newsletters, to on-line titles. I very much enjoy working closely with authors, helping them to make their work the best it can be.

I'm not just an editor, I'm an author as well. My promise is to provide expert service at reasonable prices. Making a living as an author is not easy and I don't want to make it harder than it has to be.
