My work is influenced by the nostalgia of the Golden Age as well as many of today's modern illustrators. I earned my Bachelor’s from Laguna College of Art and Design where I covered a huge spectrum of skills, including storyboarding, character design, color design and especially traditional illustration. Today I continue to freelance for independent projects as well as bigger clients such as Smokey Bear.
I strive to bring children's stories to life with illustrations that inspire a smile. I encourage lots of open communication with my clients (including constructive feedback) so that together we may achieve the best possible outcome.
Art mediums include pencil drawings, watercolor, acrylic and oil. I also often work digitally (Photoshop.)
Works include character design, concept art for film campaigns, art for licensing. Clients include Ad Council (Smokey Bear), Christian Audio/Hovel, and various private commissioners.
