"The book aims to elevate the reader beyond their current status quo. I illustrated this with torn paper revealing the sky, symbolizing potential. Many business/personal development books have clean, text-driven covers with serif and sans-serif fonts. I wanted to use that aesthetic while incorporating a strong image to convey the book's concept. A good cover should capture the book's essence, spark interest at first glance, and gain deeper meaning as the reader engages with the content."

"When working on a book, I prefer to start with the internals to fully immerse myself in the text and understand its mood. With Jumping on the Drips, the stories conveyed a sense of calm, clarity, freeness, and playfulness. The client wanted an abstract cover, so I experimented with various design concepts to capture this tone. Through several iterations, I refined these experiments to create the final design that reflects the essence of the collection."
