Ingrid did more than expected in editing my book. She went through my references one by one, finding errors and missing information. I did not expect that. We initially disagreed on the subtitle. We went round and round on the issue. I was convinced that the subtitle that I had come up with was the best. But after careful thought, I realized that her subtitle was the best for my book.
