Can my client cancel the collaboration?

When circumstances change, clients can request to cancel their collaboration.

There are two cancelation scenarios:

  • Clients are within the free cancelation window outlined below. Clients can cancel the collaboration at no cost.
  • Clients are outside of the free cancelation window. If clients wish to cancel after the free period, kindly negotiate a cancelation fee with them. If you cannot agree, please reach out to our support team.
