Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may prevent clients from adding or confirming their payment details after accepting your offer. If the start date has passed and you wish to cancel the pending collaboration, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to "Manage" next to the client's brief under βRequestsβ
2. At the bottom, you will see an option to cancel your collaboration
3. Click on βcancel it hereβ and confirm
Please note that you can only cancel the collaboration if the client hasn't added their payment information and the start date has passed.
