My story is titled " Have we met before during my first day at Oxford University, Prince asked his colleague.

Once upon a time , Prince asked his colleague at Oxford University that has he met him before at the premises of Oxford University since it was their first first time that they were being admitted to the University.

Also Prince and the other colleagues gathered together for a matriculation ceremony at the Oxford University. It was during the matriculation ceremony that they met other Admissions officers and councellors of the Oxford University.

However my first day at the University of Oxford was good .Also on the 14th July, 2026 happens to be my first day at the University of Oxford. The cacophony of new experiences combined with the promise of countless adventures made my first day at the University of Oxford memorable. Everyone looked at me as if I were from another planet but gradually they got to know me and understood my demeanor. I didn't strike up a conversation with others but instead embraced my unique quirks.

I was presented my admission letter by the University of Oxford in order for me to be granted my preferred course in Political science and International Relations. Also during the Matriculation ceremony for students on that same day on the 14th July,2026. Almost every new college student was there to hear from the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of the University about the rules and regulations of the University that governs it. I sat for about six hours listening to the Chancellor , Vice Chancellor , lecturers and other staff from the University about what they had for us the new college students.

Also after the dialogue and talk sessions we were all introduced to the Librarian including the Oxford University Library , where they often conducted research and then read all kinds of books in order to gain knowledge in academics for better grades.

Also during the matriculation ceremony almost every college student was introduced to the courses being offered at the Oxford University campus. Some new college students including myself learnt that the University had courses in Theology, Literature, Architecture, Nursing , Journalism, Economics,Banking, Psychology, Agric business, and Medical sciences.

Again I did not know how to arrive at my lecture room , I was lost and I had to ask one person about the building where I was going to take lectures. This person asked me that Have we met before.? Then I responded no. Later he directed me to the Lecture room and he was very friendly. During lectures all my new friends and other colleagues were quiet and the lecturer arrived early.

In addition at Oxford University we were introduced to the cafetaria the place where food was normally cooked and then served.

Again at the Oxford University we were introduced to the restaurant the place sumptuous and delicious meals including ice cream were normally sold. At the University of Oxford. We were also introduced to the washroom , a place often used for urinating and defecating.

Apart from the Cafetaria the University of Oxford had a snack bar where drinks such as Fanta, Coca-Cola and meat pie , cakes, spring rolls and doughnuts were normally sold to college students.

Also apart from the Library the college students were introduced to the Reading room, where they often gather to conduct research and then read an entire book on their course of study.

During the matriculation ceremony at Oxford University we were taught by the Librarian of Oxford University to be respectful and never stop learning because life never stops teaching at most times.

It was during the matriculation ceremony that I learnt about other Alumni from the Oxford University who pursued courses in Nursing, medical services, Journalism, Accounting , Theology and several others. Apart from the General library the Oxford University also has a Law library , a Medical library and a computer Library.

Most of the new college students gathered around during leisure times to read a book , conduct a Research on academics from the Oxford University Library.

The Oxford University Library awards grades to new college students who often read regularly in the library.

Again during the exam period, the closing time for the library is extended for college students so that they will have enough time to study and then conduct research on academics.

Before the climax of the Matriculation ceremony at the University of Oxford new college students were introduced to the University sports complex and hospital. Also in the University of Oxford sports complex were swimming pools, a football field, tennis court, basketball field, golf course and volley ball.

I am always going to remember my first day at Oxford University because I had the opportunity to meet more people and most importantly ,I met the best friend I have ever had by name Arnold.

My first day at the University of Oxford was a whirlwind of emotions. My excitement always has been at its peak and I was eagerly awaiting this day. I was offered the opportunity to work on campus whilst at the University of Oxford to earn some money for my livelihood and to pay for my extra expenses at the premises of University of Oxford.

The Student services department informed me about the job vacancy they had on campus at the University of Oxford.

On my first day at the University of Oxford , I had the chance to meet Harry and John. They were people I became friends with quickly . We then discussed our mutual love for reading and writing and it was during one of these conversations that they introduced me to the Medium App, University App and website, where they wrote their pieces. At that time, I didn't take it seriously but I installed the App out of curiousity at that time. Over time my attitude changed and I became genuinely serious about writing. I still have the Medium App today and I continue to use it to develop my writing skills together with other college students. Also both Jamail and Juliet remained connected and they talked and shared opportunities whenever they arose.

However, the funny thing I did on my first day at the University of Oxford was to write in my diary about what actually occurred and transpired at that moment.

Finally , I observed that on the first day at the University of Oxford was so exciting , good and interesting that both my colleagues and I shared happiness together.
