I love to read almost everything—from epic fantasy and romantasy to contemporary fiction and rom-coms. I’d never say no to a well-written speculative story either. The elements that tend to draw me in most are morally grey characters, sharp tension, just about anything mythological, and humor woven in between—though like most writers, that list is far from exhaustive.
It’s no surprise that those same elements often shape my own writing. After all, who doesn’t want to create the kind of joy they love to read?
