Creepy man honking at and following women

Hi neighbors,

Just left the Strawbridge Shopping Center feeling absolutely VIOLATED! As I was backing my car out of my spot, an older, creepy man in a big red pickup truck started honking and yelling at me. I assumed he thought I was backing out too slow, but I had a bunch of stuff for my mother’s birthday party so I had to be a little cautious. Anyway, he begins to follow me onto Pingree Drive! Honking and flashing his high beams. At the intersection of Pingree and Oak, he pulls up next to me and rolls down his window to say something. I didn’t even wait for the light, I gunned it before dipping into the Walmart parking lot, where I’ve been sitting here shaking for the last 20 minutes. He had light gray hair and there was a smaller Golden Retriever in his lap. Ladies especially, please be on the lookout for this creep!

Sad. I used to be able to go out and about with no worry when this area used to be safe. This is the reason I refuse to go out anymore. You never know where these predators are hanging out.

I am the man in the red truck the OP is referencing. OP, I wasn’t honking and yelling because I was attracted to you in any way. I was honking and yelling because you left your Nothing Bundt Cake on the roof of your car. I noticed it while you were backing out. Now, me and my dog Penny didn’t appreciate the hand gestures you were giving us. Anyway, it fell off when you sped away at the intersection. You may return back to Nothing Bundt Cakes, which is owned by my sister. Ask for Margaret. There will be a fresh cake there for you for no extra charge.
