Anna Bowles

Anna Bowles - Editor

London, United Kingdom

I have 10+ years' experience working on children's and YA fiction and non-fiction at UK publishers including Hachette and HarperCollins.

Overview

Reviews (2)

I have written and edited top children's commercial fiction series such as Rainbow Magic, Secret Kingdom and Beast Quest, as well as working on the publishing side of dozens of brands, from Star Trek to Winnie-the-Pooh to Wallace and Gromit. I can offer clients the benefit of my extensive experience in developing and working with characters as brands, rather than just as individual books. On the non-fiction side, I worked for four years as a commissioning editor at Carlton Books and Octopus (Hachette).

Anna is an absolute professional. She went above and beyond what I asked for because that's what my project needed. Her thoroughness and enthusiasm are invaluable and her knowledge of the industry really shows through in her detailed reports. You won't be disappointed.
