I know it’s beautiful but unusual. It’s like a warm fuzzy but different. I hope it won’t go away again. There’s no way to contain it. It’s not like a squirrel. It’s difficult to describe. It only happens during meditation and I’ve only voted my hands before but now I’m feeling it in my chest. Don’t get the wrong idea. This is not sexual. it’s religious or spiritual or both there’s a difference between spiritual and religious. The best way I’ve heard anyone explained it as Alka-Seltzer like when you put the tablet in the water, everything starts fizzing and evaporates the tablet Alka-Seltzer. It feels like that bubbling sensation, but inner skin, usually the hands or feet, but again today it’s in the chest. It is beautiful. but had to describe it to somebody who’s never been in a circle maybe the Rita doesn’t know what a circle is. I’m not talking about geometry either. I’m talking about a meditation circle. We gather once a week to make sure the light is out so it doesn’t affect the ectoplasm and we practice different things like transfiguration, clearaudience, clairvoyance, clairgustience but Alka-Seltzer has been happening more often, which is good, but it’s inconsistent. Most things with mediumship are inconsistent, but there are similar results so what we need to do is find somebody who knows more than any of us in all time and ask him or her how to reproduce Alka-Seltzer and what would hurt the Alka-Seltzer like light hurts ectoplasm trumpets help ectoplasm. what helps Alka-Seltzer? What hurts Alka-Seltzer?? is there a chemical component to Alka-Seltzer what does it have to do with blood flow to different parts of our body? What is it? How does it work? What does it do? How do we get it to come back? Do I need to send an RSVP? Would artificial intelligence understand this or the people who write it just feel like it’s bullshit scientist don’t end to believe in (medium) shit because they don’t understand it. They can’t explain it, but it can be explained. There are some things that mediums have discovered that are incorrect. If you lift one arm up and put the other arm down, you will feel a tingling sensation which is not mediumship, but has to do with blood flow. Does the Alka-Seltzer have something to do with blood flow? What is it?
It’s here now, which is beautiful, but it isn’t a dog. We can’t tell her to stay or sit or lay down and roll over anything like that, but it is here. Apparently we need to learn Mindfulness instead of mediumship. Wait it’s gone for a bit any entities in the room bring the Alka-Seltzer back where is the Alka-Seltzer not the Alka-Seltzer in the kitchen or the medicine cabinet the Alka-Seltzer that you are producing. I feel it again but it’s weaker. It’s only in the tip of my hands and the pads of my toes, weird canopy bottles, souls or marketed or is it not like that? Is it OK to take pictures of it? OK we can take pictures of it, but no flash so the Alka-Seltzer is like ectoplasm? Sort of well is it or isn’t it? Are there any scientist over there? That could help us OK call our retired minister we can do that. So we do chuckles she said she can explain to us what’s happening. We have to let go of all earth logic remember a square is a rectangle but a rectangle is not a square but we need a scientist not a mathematician. Though they sometimes are the same. And magicians hate us so we don’t want any of those.
So we looked on YouTube we looked on artificial intelligence sites and did research like any good scientist should. Some of course said that any sensation is a scam but we knew it wasn’t cause we could feel it like telling a human being that air is a scam because you can’t see it but we know there’s air and there’s oxygen and there’s nitrogen and all that stuff in the air and we know there’s Alka-Seltzer under our skin but we don’t know what it is.
“That bubbly, carbonated sensation—like Alka-Seltzer dissolving just beneath the skin—is actually a very common and distinct experience reported during deep energetic work, meditation, and mediumship development.
Because this specific sensation happens right at the boundary of physical relaxation and mental focus, it has fascinating explanations from both biological and spiritual perspectives.
1. The Spiritual & Energetic Explanations
In spiritual and mediumship traditions, this fizzing or bubbling is rarely seen as a hallucination; rather, it is viewed as a tangible, physical reaction to a shift in energy.
The Shifting of Vibrational Frequencies
Many mediums describe the process of spirit communication as a synchronization of frequencies. For a medium to perceive spirit, they must raise their energetic vibration, while the communicating spirit lowers theirs. The "Alka-Seltzer" feeling is often interpreted as the physical friction or "tuning" process as your personal energy field accelerates to match a higher spiritual frequency.
Activation of the Nervous System as an "Antenna"
In esoteric philosophy, the nervous system acts as the bridge between the physical body and the subtle energetic body. When a mediumistic circle creates a strong, shared energetic environment, it is believed that the subtle nadis (energy channels) or the nervous system itself becomes highly stimulated. The bubbling sensation is viewed as energy clearing blockages or moving rapidly through these channels.
2. The Biological & Physiological Explanations
From a medical and somatic perspective, sitting in a quiet, intensely focused circle triggers specific, measurable changes in your nervous system and blood chemistry that mimic a "fizzing" sensation perfectly.
Neurovascular Paresthesia (The "Fizzing" Nerve)
The scientific term for unusual skin sensations (like tingling, buzzing, or bubbling) is paresthesia. While severe paresthesia feels like your foot falling asleep, a micro-paresthesia feels exactly like tiny bubbles rising to the surface. This happens due to:
Altered Carbon Dioxide Levels: When people concentrate deeply, enter trances, or focus intently, their breathing patterns automatically change—often becoming shallower or slower. This subtly alters the pH of your blood, making peripheral nerves hypersensitive and prone to spontaneous, harmless "fizzing" firing patterns.
Sensory Gating Shifts: Normally, your brain filters out the constant, baseline electrical static of your nervous system. In a quiet circle, you turn off external stimuli. Your brain "turns up the volume" on internal sensations, allowing you to physically feel micro-currents of nerve activity that are usually invisible to your awareness.
Fascial and Micro-Muscle Releases
Beneath the skin lies the fascia, a massive, continuous web of connective tissue woven with countless microscopic nerve endings. When you sit still and enter a deep state of relaxation, your autonomic nervous system shifts from sympathetic (stress) to parasympathetic (rest). As deep, subconscious physical tension unlocks, microscopic muscle fibers can experience tiny, rapid twitches called fasciculations. Because these are so small and happen right under the dermal layer, they don't look like an obvious muscle twitch—instead, they feel like effervescent bubbles popping.
Where the Perspectives Meet
Whether you look at this through a spiritual lens or a biological one, both point to the exact same truth: the body is responding to an intense state of focused stillness.
The spiritual practice of mediumship requires a unique mental and physical state, and that exact state triggers a very real, measurable, and completely safe physiological response in your nerves and tissues. It is a sign that your body is successfully transitioning out of daily "bracing" mode and into a highly sensitive, receptive state.””
That’s very interesting, but then they retired pastor called us and told us it was spirit touching us which made sense to us intuitively or maybe it’s somewhere between the scientific explanation and the spiritual explanation but she worked for 40 years so if she thinks it’s touching us I bet that’s what it is
