The money was laying on the table and no one was there to see him thought Detective Carl Mitchell.
It looked like it was too be two million dollars in that breifcase and no good drug dealer didn't deserve.
Time for Detective Carl Mitchell to make a decision was coming to a end because John Shea was regaining consciousness.
Without further delay Detective Carl Mitchell kicks the briefcase 💼 under the couch before turning his attention back to John Shea.
Turning John Shea over onto his back Detective Carl Mitchell handcuffs him and lift him up off the floor.
Sitting him onto the couch Detective Carl Mitchell makes a phone call to see how long before backup arrives.
While Detective Carl Mitchell was on the phone John Shea takes a survey of his surroundings and notice that his breifcase was missing along with the four million dollars in it.
Now that he was fully awake John Shea address the cop.
"You dirty cop you stole my money 🤑 said", John Shea?
After being told that backup was only five minutes away and forensic team was another twenty minutes away.
Detective Carl Mitchell waits until he knows the route they would be taking before answering John Shea accusation.
Hanging up the phone 📱 to speak to John Shea face to face Detective Carl Mitchell takes a chair 🪑.
"Look Mr. Shea I've a arrest warrant for you and when you open the door 🚪 you attacked me and I defended myself.
"The fight ended in your living room in which you hit your table on your way down to the floor said", Detective Carl Mitchell.
Following the Detective Carl demonstration of the scene that was supposed to take place with his eyes John Shea knew he was lying.
Because John Shea had his account to draw out four million dollars from his business account last night for this meeting with clients.
And if the drugs were still in the duffle bag by the couch 🛋️ than the money 💰 should have been scattered all over the floor from broken table.
Looking back at the cop John Shea finally looks at his badge 📛 to respond to him.
"Detective Carl Mitchell you don't know who money 💰 you're messing with," said John Shea.
"Four million dollars don't grow off trees and I suggest you put that money back before the rest of your cops friends arrive".
Thanks for letting me know it's four million instead of two thought Detective Carl Mitchell to himself.
And no way was he going to give this dope dealing drug dealer that money but to John Shea he replied this way.
"Mr. Shea I don't think you know what kind of trouble you're in".
" You're already looking at having narcotics distribute for sales, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer".
"Worrying about invisible money that was never here is the least of your problem," said Detective Carl Mitchell.
"You lying, stealing cop".
"Do you really think you're going to get away with my money"?
"I'll have your badge 📛 and your lif"and before he could finish those words back up arrived.
"Detective Carl Mitchell you asked for assistance Sir,"said the rookies cops.
Smiling at John Shea as he raised up from the chair to address the rookies.
"Yes said Detective Carl Mitchell take John Shea to the station and book him on drug trafficking, distribution to sale, resisting arrest, and assault on a police officer.
Taking John Shea off the couch 🛋️ and checking the handcuffs to make sure they are secured.
The two rookies are thinking to theirselves this man will never see daylight again.
"You have to right to remain silent and if you can't afford attorney one will be provided for you as the rookies take John Shea to the door".
They almost had Mr. Shea out the door 🚪 before he turned around to address Detective Carl Mitchell one more time.
"I don't know what you did with that briefcase but you will never spend a dime of that money".
What 💰 money thought the rookies to themselves?
Before they could ask that question Detective Carl Mitchell spoke first.
"Don't pay Mr. Shea attention; he has hit his head 🗣️ on the floor and still suffering from a mild concussion".
"Make sure you take Mr. Shea to the hospital before you take him to the police station".
"Okay says the rookies as they escorted John Shea out the door".
Now he had the house 🏠 to himself Detective Carl Mitchell was trying to find a way to carry the 💰 money out without using the briefcase.
As Detective Carl Mitchell had just found another duffle bag when Captain Marilyn Brooks came out of the 🛏️ bedroom.
"Going somewhere with my money Detective Carl Mitchell".
Looking up from the couch 🛋️ to see his boss with a 🔫 gun in her hand.✋
Rising with the money 🤑 in hand Detective Carl Mitchell began to speak.
"I didn't know this was your turf boss; you know I wouldn't have touched him otherwise".
"How do you think I afford private school for my kids"?
"Boss I can explain".
Two shots to the heart and Detective Carl Mitchell hits the floor.
As he lays down on the floor dying Captain Marilyn Brooks walks over to him and bends down.
"Your problems Carl is that you don't listen as she close his eyes"…
By the time she stands up the forensic team walks into the room.
"Nobody told us anything about a murder said the forensic team.
"I know I just got here myself said Captain Marilyn Brooks.
Clear the scene and call for additional backups.
Yes Sir said the forensic team as the Captain walks out the door to makes a phone call.
The handcuffs had just been taken off John Shea when phone rang at the station.
"Can I answer my phone ",asked John Shea.
"Go ahead," said the rookie.
Seeing Captain Marilyn Brooks phone number John Shea answer.
"Is our problem fixed,"asked John Shea?
"Their was never a problem as long as I'm the Captain of this police station",said Marilyn Brooks.
" We only had a police officer who didn't know his place so now I put him in his resting place".
"As for the money it's with me and the drugs will get lost in lockup",said Captain Marilyn Brooks.
"So how are you concerning bail money",said Captain Marilyn Brooks?
Laughing into the phone before he replied to Captain Marilyn Brooks.
John Shea responded this way.
"I'll be out first thing in the morning said,"John Shea.
