𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝕻𝖆𝖈𝖐𝖆𝖌𝖊

Today I was asked who I am. I am a boy with a beautiful mind, in the body of a man with an ugly face. 

People don’t see me in my town. Here, I am a ghost and a phantom. Some think I am the spirit of some lost villainous soul. Others think I am a guardian angel that looks out for them. In reality, I have no idea. What I do know is that when weird things happen, I am almost 100% always involved with it. The reasons behind this are, as far as I’ve seen, unexplainable. Not stating that I know the reasons as to why this happens but simply stating that I couldn't begin to understand why.  

I have been wishing to reveal myself online for over a year, so that I might be able to share some of my mysterious and sometimes horrendous and horrifying tales. Some may call me crazy but I call myself someone who isn’t in denial. Crazy things happen to everyone. “Sane” is just thinking that the crazy things didn’t happen and continuing with your life as if a mysterious package didn’t show up on your doorstep with a strange item inside. 

This happened to me earlier this week. 

I never saw who placed the box on my doorstep but it had a peculiar label on it which I will get to later, but the peculiar thing is that 6 other people (all under 18 like me) received mysterious packages as well. 

I looked at the item for a second, blinked, and then it was gone. The item was a cube. I looked all over my house for it. I live alone because the two people who I share DNA with live in Japan and fund my life so that they can be billionaire party people which allows me to live my supernatural and mysterious life as I wish. I found the box among a pile of other strange things but when I found it the box had been opened. I have no idea who put that box at my door but whoever did wanted me dead because the thing in the cube was worse than you could imagine. People have treated me like I am worthless and nothing but yet I wouldn’t unleash that thing on anyone. Even the devil couldn’t handle this atrocious monstrosity. It had many eyes that sprung from its body on tentacles, it had seven mouths, and it was a male (don’t ask how I know because I’d rather not say). It kept growing, and growing, even though it wasn’t eating anything. It started out smaller than my pinky but within minutes it was as big as my leonberger named Dorothy. 

THEN IT TRIED TO EAT MY DOG! 

No one messes with Dorothy. 

So I ran into the kitchen pantry and pulled out my favorite bludgeon and a bag of salt. The creature was fast, it bolted from wall to wall. I have no idea what it was but whatever it was it was destroying my home. I ran into my room with Dorothy and locked the door to figure out a plan. 

And no, it’s not weird that my best friend is a dog named after a beloved book character. It’s just that, she’s the only one who sees me. My parents didn’t want me but their consciences made them feel bad so they dumped me here and kept sending me checks because they don’t care about me enough to treat me as more than just another bill to pay! Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they sent the package themselves. Maybe they finally got tired of paying for my existence and decided to try and kill me once and for all! 

Anyway, after conversing with my canine compatriot, I put the plan into action. I would tell you what I did, but for all I know, the person who sent that thing could be among the intelligent, creative, and beautiful people here. I have viewed this community for a long time and today I become a part of it. The life I live is full of danger and darkness. I have done evil things but I am not an evil man. Not anymore at least. I am hoping that for the first time in my life, this ghost might be seen for a person instead of a victim or a phantom or someone to hurt. I am of no threat to any of you, I value a strong mind and a kind heart more than anything. I don’t want your sympathy. All I want is your community. All I want is the possibility of community. Now, some of you may realize that my name, Jackson Crisis, is a pen name. I have reasons for this. I have been hunted and bullied by many. I’d rather not give these people any information they can use to either find me or torture me while I say what I wish. 

That box was just someone’s twisted way of tormenting me. Although it does not make sense because they must have realized that when they gave me the note that said “Do Not Open”, that I would survive. Though 4 out of the other 6 kids died from those things. I bet they just did that so it wouldn’t be just me. 

I just have always had this dream of writing something truly bone chilling (they say write what you know and that’s all I know) and sharing it with the world. Perhaps that dream could be achieved. And perhaps one of you could help me write it. I know you don’t know me, but it would mean the world to me if you would accept me as one of you and if you would talk to me like a person would in real life because this is the only community I have and I want to experience it as much as I can please. Wow, that was a really long sentence.
