Ouija board

Thunder rumbled. Lightning danced across the sky. A gale wind beat against the house. Sarah, Tina, Maria, and Beth were warm and dry inside.

It was Sarah's tenth birthday. Sarah and her friends were having a slumber party. The house was decorated with balloons, a clown and birthday cake. Sarah's two black cats paced at the door, wanting to venture outside. Sarah found a Ouija board hidden in a closet.

"Look what I found." Yelled Sarah.

"What did you find?" Asked Beth.

"A Ouija board."

"Whoo I heard you can conjure ghosts and goblins with those things." Said Maria.

"That's just an old wife's tale. You conjure up Demons and Witches." Said Tina.

"Really Demon and dead people no way." Said Beth.

"Let's try." Replied Sarah.

The girl's eagerly started to play. Maria and Beth sat on the floor Indian style. Sarah placed the Ouija board on their knees. Sarah set the planchette on the board. Maria and Beth held their hands over the planchette. They chanted," are any ghosts, goblins or demons out there?Silence, nothing no dead people answered.

"Let me try." Asked Sarah.

Beth and Sarah changed seats. Sarah and Maria held their hands over the planchette. They chanted. "Hello haunts, ghosts and demons don't be shy. Come to our party, come inside get dry." Silence no ghosts or demons. "Hello spirits of the night, time for a visit."

"Me let me try." Said Tina.

Sarah and Tina changed places.

Sarah's cats Luna and Midnight stopped pacing. The cats lay on Sarah.

Tina and Maria, sat Indian style. They placed their hands over the planchette. They chanted, "welcome spirits of the night, don't be shy, come to our party."

Silence no answer, no spirits, no ghosts, no witches.

"This is no fun. Let's quit." Said Beth.

Thunder rumbled. Lightning lit up the sky. Wind shook the house. Trumpet music blared. Fireflies lit up the room. The Ouija board broke into two pieces. Rainbow colored smoke poured from the board.

A tall thin creature, with arms and birds feet appeared from the rainbow colored smoke. It flapped it's wings and snapped it's teeth. "Good evening my darling hosts." It drawled.

Behind the creature's feet appeared a huge snake with three heads and crimson eyes. The huge snake stuck out it's long green tongues and licked the girls.

The girls screamed. They ran towards the door. They turned the doorknob. They pounded on the door. The door would not open, it would not budge. There was no escape.

"Is that anyway to treat invited guests?" Yawned the demon, reveling long rotted teeth. "I'm warm and dry. What is there to eat and drink?"

"Birthday cake, Pepsi, chips." Stammered Sarah.

"Birthday cake, Pepsi, chips, no meat, no mead, no dip, no rats for my pet. GIVE IT TO US." Demanded the demon. The demon devoured the treats. "MORE GIVE ME MORE FOOD, FEED MY PET, NOW"

There is no more. " Cried Sarah."

"You invited us with so little food! Bad girls! Welcome welcome spirits of the night come to our birthday party. Bla, bla, bla, You are wrong. There is you." Stated the demon.

The demon licked Sarah and spit. "Nasty to much vinegar."

The three headed snake licked Sarah and shook all three heads.

The demon smelt Beth, " to sweet."

The snake smelt Beth and gagged.

The demon tickled Maria. "To thin no meat."

The snake poked Maria. The snake licked Maria with all three tongues. . The snake winked and curled it's body around her.

The demon smelt Tina. The demon licked Tina. The demon poked Tina. "I've had better, but you will do."

Luna raised a furry cat paw in front of Tina. "Meow meow hiss hissss. "

Midnight bared her paws and razor sharp claws in front of Maria. "Meow meow hiss hissss. "

The demon chuckled patted Luna on the head. "NICE kitty, kitty you will be dessert."

The snake licked and hugged Maria. Maria screamed.

Meow meow hiss hissss," Screeched Luna and Midnight.

"Bad cats get away from my snack." The demon grabbed Tina. The girls screamed.

"Meow meow hiss hissss." Screeched Luna and Midnight.

Outside the house, in the cold, wet, rain echoed. "MEOW MEOW HISS HISS." A herd of cats, with furry paws and claws tapped on the window. "Meow meow hiss hissss," grew in volume, drowning out the strom. The door buckled. The door groaned. The door crashed onto the floor. A wave of wet furry felines flooded the room. "MEOW MEOW HISS HISS." The cats attacked the demon, the cats attacked the three headed snake, with teeth and razor sharp claws.

"Awwwwwwwww no," screamed the demon, turning into rainbow colored smoke. The smoke grew tiny. The smoke entered the Ouija board. The Ouija board became whole.

Luna and Midnight patted the board, "hiss hiss.'

A swarm of fast moving cats stomped the Ouija board. "HISS hiss growl. "

The three headed snake released Maria. It bowed all three heads and slithered outside into the strom. The fireflies flew after the snake.

The girls opened the door and ran into the kitchen.

"What was that?" Cried Beth.

It was a horrible hungry monster! It tried to eat me." Whispered Tina.

"No demon conjuring ever. No Ouija boards ever. I hate demons." Declared Beth.

"Aaaaaa snake! A three headed cold slubbering snake." Stammered Maria.

"Meow meow purr purr. " Midnight rubbed up against Tina.

"Meow meow purr purr. " Echoed in the kitchen as a crowd of cats crowded every space."

Midnight patted Sarah. "Purr purr my young mistresses, that was a bird brained harpy from the gates of Hades and it's three headed, cold blooded, snake pet."

The girls stared.

Sarah, "you talk?"

Midnight," purr purr of course I talk. Now for the usual fees. Demon removal, pet removal, door demolished, girls rescued, extreme cuteness with claws and biting teeth."

Sarah, "hun?"

Midnight, "purr purr my army is hungry. Defeating a harpy and snake is thristy business."

"Meow meow hiss hissss, " screamed the cats.

Midnight," mistress feed my army, their very hungry, tired and wet. Do you want me to invite the demon back?"

Sarah fed the cats.
