I see my role as a friend and guide through the arduous commitment of birthing a book. Together, we ping pong your work through its final process before it meets the world.

I enjoy working with authors on all phases of book development, from idea to book tour. I also bring technical knowledge on the granular and big picture best practices of the publishing industry. I spent many years in world of a small start up publisher where we learned these best practices together, out loud (the best way).

There are many reasons a book can meet a reader where they are.

I have always most enjoyed working on books that uncover a truth and promote characters and stories of diversity and progressive change. I have worked on projects both niche and very mainstream and enjoy the tensions and challenges of both extremes.

My experience includes nonlinear fiction, children’s and young adult fiction, adaptations, historical fiction, science fiction, time travel fiction, werewolf fiction, world building, fantasy, RPG fiction, interactive fiction, adult fiction, romance, romantasy, vampire fiction, literary nonfiction, women’s fiction, mystery and branded content fiction.
