Hello there!
I've been writing best-selling books for over twenty-five years now and feel very well-equipped to help writers in many genres to achieve their ambitions.
I've worked with famous writers to help them bring their visions to life and I've collaborated with young, starting writers in many fields to support them to develop their own voices, skills and talents.
Along the way I've been awarded for my works and I believe I have an unerring eye for detail, an innate sense of structure and a great feel for a consistent author's voice.

Work experience
BBC
I wrote and produced TV Documentaries, mainly about environmental science topics. Later I produced and wrote Children's TV series, including the Bafta-winning series 'Pablo-the little red fox'.
Self-employed
I've been writing in different forms since I left Bristol University. I've written books (fiction and non-fiction), scripts for TV, children's books, articles, poetry. I've run courses on writing at Universities and colleges. I've also edited the works of award-winning writers for publication. I'm also a Royal Literary Fund Fellow in the UK, helping to edit the works of newer writers.
