It’s sadly too common to see scammers targeting indie authors, impersonating Reedsy and our professionals by falsely claiming to offer publishing services.

Please note that Reedsy only operates through our official website, and all emails from our team will come from an @reedsy.com email address. If you receive a message claiming to be from Reedsy or one of our professionals but sent from a different domain (such as @gmail.com), it is not an official Reedsy communication.

Similarly, Reedsy professionals will never contact you out of the blue to offer services or ask you to send payment through private channels such as PayPal, Venmo, or direct bank transfers. All projects, payments, and communication take place through the Reedsy platform.
