Maree-Louise Santarossa has spent more than 20 years bringing trade show stands to life — mostly for corporate clients — and she has distilled two decades of hard-won lessons into her book, Stand Out and Sell More at Trade Shows.
Before trade shows, she cut her teeth in project management on heritage-listed sites and public art installations — a foundation that still shows up in how she runs a program: methodical, detail-obsessed, allergic to wasted motion.
Off the clock, Maree-Louise has always been a writer of small, contained worlds. She wrote short plays as a kid and still does as an adult, alongside romance and dark comedies. She holds a First Dan black belt in Taekwondo, sews and makes her own dresses, and grew up on a produce farm in Northern New South Wales. These days, you'll most often spot her getting around on her scooter.
